    SUARAPUBLIK.ID, PALEMBANG – Pemprov Sumsel bersama dengan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) serta pihak Bank Indonesia, Kantor Perbendaharaan Regional Sumsel dan stakeholder lainnya terus berupaya dalam meningkatkan akses keuangan masyarakat.

     

    Salah satunya yakni dengan memperkuat peran Tim Percepatan Akses Keuangan Daerah (TPKAD) melalui sejumlah program untuk mempermudah akses keuangan tersebut.

     

    Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Provinsi Sumsel yang juga Koordinator TPAKD Sumsel SA Supriono menyebut, keterpaduan prospek atau lanskap akses keuangan di setiap daerah memiliki peran penting untuk mendorong terlaksananya literasi dan inklusi keuangan yang baik di masyarakat.

     

    “Kita harus berfikir dampak jangka panjang. Sebab itu, kita harus ada lanskap ekonomi yang baik dan selaras diberbagai sektor agar literasi dan inklusi keuangan ini bisa berjalan dengan baik,” kata Supriono, dalam Rapat Koordinasi TPAKD 17 Kabupaten dan Kota Semester I Tahun 2023 di Kantor OJK Regional 7 Wilayah Sumbagsel, Rabu (15/2).

     

    Supriono meyakini, jika prospek ekonomi diberbagai sektor tersebut sudah berjalan selaras, maka bukan tidak mungkin literasi dan inklusi keuangan tersebut dapat mencapai 100 persen.

     

    “Keterpaduan antar kabupaten dan kota harus memiliki tujuan yang sama sehingga perputaran keuangan berjalan baik dari berbagai sektor,” paparnya.

     

    Dengan begitu, lanjutnya, jalannya industri keuangan berlangsung dengan cepat.

     

    “Sebagai wakil pemerintah pusat, pemprov harus jadi motor penggerak bagi kabupaten dan kota agar upaya peningkatan akses keuangan daerah dapat berjalan dengan harapan. Sehingga nantinya tidak ada lagi lembaga keuangan yang mencari nasabah, tapi nasabah yang mencari lembaga keuangan,” terangnya.

     

    Dikesempatan itu pula, Supriono berharap agar rapat koordinasi tersebut tidak hanya menghasilkan program kerja per semester saja.

     

    “Saya harap rakor ini dapat menghasilkan wujud kerja nyata literasi dan indek inklusi keuangan yang baik secara nasional. Kita harus upaya ini bisa dinikmati jangka panjang,” tuturnya.

     

    Sementara itu, Kepala OJK Regional 7 Sumbagsel,  Untung Nugroho mengatakan selama tahun 2022 indeks literasi dan inklusi keuangan Sumsel meningkat dibandingkan angka pada survei nasional literasi dan inklusi keuangan atau SNLIK tahun 2019.

     

    Berdasarkan SNLIK 2022, indeks literasi keuangan Sumsel sebesar 52,73 persen dari sebelumnya 40,05 persen. Sementara untuk indeks inklusi keuangan sebesar 88,57 persen meningkat dari sebelumnya 85,08 persen.

     

    “Hal itu berdampak pada menurunnya kesenjangan antara indeks literasi dan inklusi, dari 45,03 persen menjadi 35,84 persen,” kata Untung.

     

    Dia menyebut, peningkatan indeks literasi dan inklusi keuangan itu dipacu juga pandemi Covid-19. Dimana pandemi mendorong terjadinya akselerasi transformasi digital dalam edukasi keuangan, sehingga memungkinkan edukasi keuangan dilakukan secara lebih masif.

     

    “Ini juga karena adanya kerjasama yang baik antara OJK, Pemprov Sumsel maupun Pemkab dan Pemkot serta stakeholder lainnya. Semoga kerjasama ini dapat terus meningkat sehingga akses keuangan masyarakat terus berjalan baik,” pungkasnya.
